The first IEEE International Conference on Industrial Internet (ICII) is a new premier event for researchers, industrial professionals and academics interested in transforming industry through the convergence of machines and intelligence data in what is called the Industrial Internet. The IEEE ICII 2018 conference will be held in Bellevue, WA, USA from October 21 to 23, 2018. The conference will be hosting a series of technical sessions, tutorials, workshops, and technology panels in industrial internet.

The conference especially invites the submission of panel proposals. Panel proposals are solicited in a broad industrial spectrum including manufacturing, aviation, transportation, power, oil and gas, healthcare, smart cities, and buildings. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

* Industrial Internet of Things
* Industrial cyber-physical systems
* Industrial big data and artificial intelligence
* Industrial communication and networking technologies
* Industrial cloud and edge computing
* Industrial robotics and autonomous systems
* Data management and analytics
* Security, privacy, and trust
* Real-time, reliability, and safety
* Applications, testbeds and case studies
* Ecosystem evolution and new business models

Panel Proposal Format:

Each panel proposal should include:
  • • The title of the proposed panel
  • • Names, email addresses, and biographs of proposers
  • • A brief description of the motivation and technical focuses
  • • List of potential panelists including their biographs photos
  • • Potential questions to be discussed and addressed by the panelists
